I’m amazed with the briliant minds behind The Fun Theory . I admire anyone making attempts to put a smile on people’s faces (but not forcefully like the Joker).
Fun Movie: Big
My fantastique, buddy TJ sent me a link to view an indepentantly produced anime short. The quality is top notch and reminds me the anime fsrom Studio 4°C (Tekkoninkreet and Batman: Gotham Knight ["Have I Got a Story for You" · "Working Through Pain"]. The basis plot is the schoolgirl want to go out with the boy but he rejects her for baseball. It’s a story I know to well when I use to be a schoolgirl.
TJ also wanted me to show the tiny closet Tete works/lives in. I thought my room was small.
My friend Jocelyn sent me a link telling me to check out Weakly Ink’d. I got a good chuckle out of Nick Aoki and Chris Kuzma’s comics for this week. Haw haw haw.

I went to Canzine at the Gladstone Hotel this year with my friend, Adam. The other two times I’ve gone alone so it was a bit of a different experience (following each other around and trying to find each other in the packed building). I always feel totally awkward and guilty at these things. Like I feel like all the sellers are looking at me and I feel bad when I quickly scan the table and proceed to ignore them completely cos I’m not interested or because I don’t buy their stuff. I was especially picky this time about what sort of zines I was looking for cos I was trying not to blow a ridiculous amount of money this time. I looked for cute and funny ones and those are the ones that I bought. Let me show you.
Ginette Lapalme – I love everything she does. Some of it is really trippy but everything is always awesome.
